Tanggung Jawab
- Safely operate company vehicles to deliver parcels to residential and commercial addresses in Semenyih and surrounding areas.
- Ensure all packages are handled with care to prevent damage during transit.
- Interact professionally with customers, answering inquiries and resolving delivery issues courteously.
- Adhere strictly to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company driving policies.
- Perform daily vehicle inspections and report any mechanical issues or maintenance needs immediately.
- Manage time effectively to meet delivery schedules and route efficiency targets.
- Accurately process paperwork, including delivery receipts and logbooks.
Kualifikasi
- Valid Class 3 (B) driving license with a clean driving record (no recent major offenses).
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a driving or logistics role.
- Strong knowledge of the local roads and geography in Selangor, particularly Semenyih.
- Physically fit and able to handle loading and unloading of parcels.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays as required.
- Proficient in using handheld delivery devices and basic computer systems.
