Tanggung Jawab
- Operate delivery vehicles safely and efficiently following assigned routes and schedules
- Load, unload, and secure parcels with proper handling techniques
- Maintain accurate delivery records and obtain customer signatures
- Conduct pre-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs
- Adhere to traffic regulations and company safety protocols
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Optimize delivery routes for time efficiency and fuel conservation
- Collaborate with dispatch team for real-time delivery updates
Kualifikasi
- Valid Malaysian driving license (Class D or equivalent)
- Minimum 1 year of commercial driving experience
- Clean driving record with no major violations
- Physical ability to lift packages up to 25kg
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Basic knowledge of Senawang and surrounding areas
- Good communication and customer service aptitude
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
