You will interact directly with customers, making sure their needs are met professionally. Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver parcels and packages to customers in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensure the safe handling of all goods during transit, adhering to fragile item handling protocols.
- Collect payments and obtain necessary signatures upon successful delivery.
- Maintain accurate delivery logs, reports, and paperwork as required by management.
- Perform routine vehicle inspections and basic maintenance checks to ensure safety and reliability.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, road safety regulations, and company driving policies.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve any delivery-related issues professionally.
Kualifikasi
- Valid Malaysian Driving License (Class D or E) is mandatory.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar driving or courier role.
- Clean driving record with no serious traffic violations or criminal history.
- Ability to lift heavy packages (up to 25kg) and work in physically demanding conditions.
- Good communication skills and a friendly, customer-oriented attitude.
- Basic computer literacy for using handheld delivery devices or logging data.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays if required.
