Tanggung Jawab
- Safely operate delivery vehicles to transport parcels to designated locations
- Plan and optimize daily delivery routes for maximum efficiency
- Load/unload parcels with proper handling to prevent damage
- Maintain accurate delivery records and obtain customer signatures
- Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks
- Communicate delivery status updates to customers and dispatch team
- Adhere to traffic regulations and safety protocols at all times
Kualifikasi
- Valid Malaysian driving license (Class D) with clean record
- Minimum 1 year of delivery or logistics experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of local roads and traffic patterns
- Ability to lift packages up to 25kg
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Basic smartphone proficiency for GPS tracking apps
- Good communication and customer service abilities
