Tanggung Jawab
- Safely and efficiently deliver parcels to customers according to scheduled routes and timelines
- Perform pre-delivery vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs
- Maintain accurate delivery records and obtain customer signatures
- Optimize routes to minimize delivery time while adhering to traffic regulations
- Provide excellent customer service during interactions and resolve delivery issues
- Load/unload parcels securely using proper handling techniques
- Communicate delivery status updates to dispatch and customers
Kualifikasi
- Valid Malaysian driving license (Class D or equivalent)
- Minimum 1 year of professional driving experience
- Clean driving record with no major traffic violations
- Strong knowledge of Rawang and surrounding Selangor areas
- Ability to lift and carry packages up to 25kg
- Basic communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English
- High level of responsibility and punctuality
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
