Tanggung Jawab
- Safely operate a company vehicle to transport and deliver parcels to designated locations in and around Kajang.
- Load and unload packages carefully to prevent damage during transit.
- Plan and follow the most efficient delivery routes using GPS and local knowledge.
- Verify delivery instructions and scan packages or obtain recipient signatures upon successful drop-off.
- Perform daily vehicle inspections and maintain the cleanliness and basic upkeep of the delivery vehicle.
- Provide friendly and professional customer service when interacting with clients and recipients.
- Promptly report any delivery discrepancies, vehicle issues, or road hazards to the dispatch team.
Kualifikasi
- Valid Malaysian driving license (e.g., B2, D) with a clean driving record.
- Minimum SPM/SPMV or equivalent educational qualification.
- Proven experience as a delivery driver or in a similar logistics role is highly advantageous.
- Familiarity with the roads and geography of Kajang and the wider Selangor region.
- Physical fitness and the ability to lift, carry, and maneuver parcels of varying weights.
- Excellent time management skills and a punctual, reliable attitude.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
