Tanggung Jawab
- Safely operate delivery vehicles to transport parcels and packages to designated locations
- Maintain accurate delivery records and obtain proper signatures for all packages
- Load and unload packages efficiently while ensuring proper handling to prevent damage
- Plan optimal routes to ensure timely deliveries and efficient use of fuel
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety and proper maintenance
- Provide excellent customer service during delivery interactions
- Report any delivery issues or vehicle maintenance concerns promptly
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols at all times
Kualifikasi
- Valid Malaysian driver's license with a clean driving record
- Minimum 1 year of driving experience, preferably in delivery or logistics
- Good knowledge of local roads and traffic patterns in Kampar and surrounding areas
- Ability to lift packages weighing up to 25kg
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Basic computer literacy for using delivery tracking systems
- Willingness to work flexible hours including early mornings
