Tanggung Jawab
- Safely operate delivery vehicles to transport parcels to designated residential and commercial locations.
- Ensure accurate and timely delivery of all items while maintaining a high standard of customer service.
- Handle cash payments and process invoices or receipts where required by the job scope.
- Perform routine vehicle checks and maintain cleanliness inside and outside the delivery van.
- Adhere strictly to traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies at all times.
- Update delivery logs and manage delivery paperwork accurately.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers regarding delivery schedules and issues.
Kualifikasi
- A valid Malaysian Driving License (Class D or E) is mandatory.
- Previous experience in parcel delivery or logistics is highly preferred.
- Excellent knowledge of the Kuala Kangsar and Perak regions is essential.
- Physically fit and capable of lifting heavy packages when necessary.
- Strong communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Reliable time management skills and punctuality.
- Basic computer literacy for logging delivery details.
