Tanggung Jawab
- Safely transport parcels and documents to designated locations within Muar and surrounding areas
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and obtain customer signatures upon receipt
- Conduct pre-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Optimize delivery routes to ensure timely service and fuel efficiency
- Handle customer inquiries professionally and resolve delivery-related issues
- Adhere strictly to traffic regulations and company safety protocols
- Assist with loading/unloading operations and proper parcel handling
Kualifikasi
- Valid Malaysian driving license (Class D or higher)
- Minimum 1 year of driving experience in delivery/logistics
- Strong knowledge of Muar and Johor road networks
- Basic computer literacy for delivery tracking systems
- Physically capable of handling packages up to 15kg
- Clean driving record with no major traffic violations
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Good command of Bahasa Malaysia and English
