Iplanner Global is seeking a reliable and motivated Parcel Driver to join our logistics team in Kuala Langat, Selangor. In this role, you’ll be the face of our company on the road. Your daily tasks will include route planning, parcel handling, vehicle maintenance checks, and liaising with dispatch to optimize delivery schedules. Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver parcels safely and efficiently to designated locations within Kuala Langat and surrounding areas.
- Plan and optimize daily delivery routes to minimize delays and fuel consumption.
- Load and unload parcels from the vehicle with care to prevent damage.
- Verify delivery details and obtain customer signatures upon delivery.
- Perform routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance issues.
- Communicate with the dispatch team to provide updates on delivery status and potential challenges.
- Ensure compliance with all traffic laws and company safety policies.
- Provide excellent customer service and represent the company positively at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Valid Malaysian driver’s license (Class D or equivalent).
- Clean driving record with no major traffic offenses.
- At least 1 year of experience in a delivery or driving role preferred.
- Ability to lift and carry parcels weighing up to 25 kg.
- Good time management and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with mobile applications and GPS navigation.
- Strong communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and/or English.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
