Tanggung Jawab
- Safely transport parcels using company vehicles or motorcycles
- Plan and optimize daily delivery routes for maximum efficiency
- Verify package details and ensure proper handling during transit
- Maintain accurate delivery records and documentation
- Provide professional customer service during delivery interactions
- Report delivery issues and vehicle maintenance needs promptly
- Adhere to traffic regulations and company safety protocols
Kualifikasi
- Valid motorcycle/car license with clean driving record
- Minimum 1 year driving experience in delivery/logistics
- Strong knowledge of Pontian and Johor road networks
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Good physical condition for handling packages
- Basic communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia or English
