Tanggung Jawab
- Safely and efficiently deliver parcels to residential and commercial addresses
- Load/unload packages while maintaining inventory accuracy
- Adhere to traffic regulations and company safety protocols
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Maintain delivery vehicles in optimal working condition
- Optimize routes for time efficiency and fuel conservation
- Document delivery exceptions and customer feedback
- Collaborate with warehouse team for seamless operations
Kualifikasi
- Valid Malaysian driving license (Class D1/D) with clean record
- Minimum 1 year delivery/driver experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of Klang/Port Klang road networks
- Basic vehicle maintenance awareness
- Excellent time management and punctuality
- Ability to handle physical lifting (up to 15kg)
- Customer service-oriented communication skills
- Smartphone proficiency for delivery tracking apps
