Tanggung Jawab
- Safely operate delivery vehicles to transport parcels to designated locations
- Maintain accurate delivery records and obtain customer signatures upon receipt
- Load and unload parcels with care to prevent damage or loss
- Adhere to traffic laws and company safety guidelines at all times
- Optimize delivery routes to ensure timely and efficient service
- Communicate delivery status and customer feedback to operations team
- Perform basic vehicle checks and report maintenance needs promptly
Kualifikasi
- Valid Malaysian driving license (Class D or equivalent)
- Clean driving record with no major traffic violations
- Ability to lift and carry parcels up to 25kg comfortably
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Basic knowledge of Kuala Lumpur road networks
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Punctual and reliable work ethic
