Tanggung Jawab
- Efficiently deliver parcels and packages to designated locations within Puchong and surrounding areas
- Plan optimal delivery routes to ensure timely and cost-effective transportation
- Maintain accurate delivery records and obtain recipient signatures for proof of delivery
- Safely operate delivery vehicles while adhering to traffic laws and company safety standards
- Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Communicate effectively with dispatch team regarding delivery status and route challenges
- Assist with loading/unloading operations and proper handling of fragile items
- Provide excellent customer service during delivery interactions
Kualifikasi
- Valid Malaysian driving license (Class D or equivalent) with clean driving record
- Minimum 1 year of delivery driving or logistics experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of Puchong/Selangor roads and traffic patterns
- Ability to lift packages up to 20kg and perform physically demanding tasks
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Basic proficiency in using mobile applications for delivery tracking
- Strong communication skills and customer service orientation
- Reliable and punctual with high attention to detail
