Iplanner Global is expanding its logistics network and is looking for a dedicated Parcel Driver / Rider to join our dynamic team at the Cheras Hub. Our Cheras Hub serves as a central distribution point, and we are seeking someone who is physically fit, responsible, and ready to hit the road. You will play a critical role in maintaining our high standards of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. Tanggung Jawab
- Collect and deliver parcels to customers in a safe and timely manner, ensuring all packages arrive in perfect condition.
- Provide exceptional customer service by interacting professionally with clients and handling delivery instructions.
- Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure the bike or van is in excellent working order.
- Update delivery status logs and tracking information accurately in our management system.
- Adhere strictly to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company driving policies.
- Assist in organizing and sorting incoming and outgoing shipments at the Cheras Hub.
Kualifikasi
- Valid driving license (Motorcycle or Car) with a clean driving record and no traffic violations.
- Physically fit and able to carry parcels and handle the physical demands of the job.
- Good communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Basic understanding of GPS navigation tools and mobile applications.
- Previous experience in courier, logistics, or delivery driving is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays if required.
