Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver parcels and documents efficiently to customers within designated routes
- Maintain accurate delivery records and obtain customer signatures
- Safely operate delivery vehicles while adhering to traffic regulations
- Load/unload parcels with proper handling to prevent damage
- Perform pre/post-trip vehicle inspections and basic maintenance checks
- Optimize delivery routes to minimize transit time and fuel consumption
- Communicate delivery status and resolve customer inquiries promptly
- Collaborate with dispatch team for seamless logistics coordination
Kualifikasi
- Valid Malaysian driving license (Class D minimum)
- Minimum 1 year of delivery or commercial driving experience
- Good knowledge of Kuala Lumpur road networks and traffic patterns
- Ability to handle physical tasks including lifting up to 20kg
- Basic numeracy and documentation skills
- Strong time management and punctuality
- Professional communication and customer service attitude
- Clean driving record with no major traffic violations
