Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the Point of Sale (POS) system to process parcel bookings, payments, and returns efficiently and accurately.
- Handle incoming and outgoing parcels with strict adherence to safety, labeling, and scanning protocols.
- Provide professional customer service by addressing inquiries regarding shipment status, rates, and delivery schedules.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to resolve any discrepancies in parcel handling or delivery issues.
- Maintain accurate daily logs of transactions and inventory data within the POS database.
- Ensure the workstation and storage areas are organized, clean, and compliant with company hygiene standards.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of SPM/SPMV or equivalent educational qualification.
- Previous experience in logistics, courier services, or retail point-of-sale operations is an advantage.
- Basic proficiency in computer applications and POS software.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
- High attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
