In this role, you will be the backbone of our local distribution operations, ensuring that parcels are processed, tracked, and delivered with the high standard of efficiency our clients expect.

As a Parcel Post Coordinator, you will work in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail is paramount. You will handle inventory intake, coordinate with dispatch teams, and ensure that all logistics documentation is accurate. Tanggung Jawab

  • Oversee the daily intake, sorting, and dispatching of incoming and outgoing parcels.
  • Maintain accurate logs of all shipments using digital and physical tracking systems.
  • Coordinate closely with delivery drivers to optimize routes and ensure on-time delivery.
  • Handle customer inquiries regarding parcel status and troubleshoot any transit discrepancies.
  • Perform regular inventory checks to ensure all items are accounted for and stored correctly.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment in compliance with safety standards.
  • Prepare daily shift reports for management regarding throughput and operational issues.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum SPM or equivalent education level.
  • Prior experience in logistics, warehousing, or retail dispatch is highly preferred.
  • Proficiency in basic computer systems and inventory software is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a busy environment.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and sorting parcels as required.
  • Good communication skills in Malay and/or English.
  • Possess a positive attitude and a commitment to punctuality and reliable attendance.
