Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the daily inflow and outflow of parcel shipments, ensuring all items are scanned and sorted correctly.
- Maintain precise digital records of inventory movements using our centralized logistics software.
- Coordinate with delivery teams to ensure optimal routing and timely parcel dispatch.
- Conduct regular quality checks on incoming packages to identify and report damaged or mislabeled items.
- Provide professional customer service by assisting clients with parcel tracking and distribution inquiries.
- Execute daily inventory audits to ensure physical stock matches system logs.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and workplace regulations to maintain a secure handling environment.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM/STPM or equivalent qualification in a related field.
- Previous experience in logistics, warehousing, or retail distribution is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in basic computer operations and digital inventory management systems.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage time effectively under pressure.
- Good verbal communication skills in Malay and English.
- Physically fit and capable of handling parcel sorting tasks.
- Ability to work in a rotating shift pattern if required by operational demands.
