Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the daily intake, sorting, and dispatching of parcel shipments to ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain accurate inventory and shipment records within the internal parcel management system.
- Coordinate with couriers and logistics partners to resolve any delivery discrepancies or transit delays.
- Handle customer inquiries regarding shipment tracking and delivery status in a professional manner.
- Conduct regular quality checks to ensure all parcels are properly labeled and handled in accordance with safety standards.
- Support warehouse team activities to maintain an organized and efficient workspace.
- Generate daily performance reports and provide operational updates to the management team.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent; diploma in Logistics or Supply Chain is a plus.
- Previous experience in logistics, warehousing, or parcel delivery services preferred.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (Microsoft Office, email, and logistics software).
- Strong communication skills in Malay and basic English.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet strict daily deadlines.
- Must be physically fit and able to manage manual handling tasks when required.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a high level of attention to detail.
