In this role, you will play a vital part in our supply chain operations, ensuring that parcels are processed, sorted, and dispatched with precision and speed to meet our high service standards.
As a key member of our logistics hub, you will handle daily shipping activities, manage inventory documentation, and coordinate with courier services to ensure timely deliveries. Tanggung Jawab
- Receive, sort, and organize incoming parcels according to destination and shipping priority.
- Verify shipment documentation and ensure all labels and barcodes are accurate and scannable.
- Operate scanning equipment and logistics software to track parcel movement in real-time.
- Coordinate with local courier services for daily pick-ups and deliveries.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workstation within the warehouse facility.
- Report any damaged or missing goods immediately to the shift supervisor.
- Assist in general warehouse support tasks during peak shipping periods.
- Ensure all safety protocols are strictly followed to maintain a hazard-free work environment.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM or equivalent education level.
- Prior experience in logistics, warehousing, or postal operations is an advantage, but fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks with high accuracy.
- Basic proficiency in reading and writing (Bahasa Melayu and English).
- Physical ability to lift and move parcels of varying sizes and weights.
- Basic computer literacy for tracking and documentation purposes.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible shifts if required.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new logistics technologies and workflows.
