Tanggung Jawab
- Configure, maintain, and optimize Pardot and Salesforce Marketing Cloud environments for maximum efficiency
- Design and implement automated marketing campaigns, including email journeys, landing pages, and lead scoring
- Integrate marketing automation platforms with CRM systems and third-party tools
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze KPIs, and provide actionable insights for optimization
- Manage data hygiene, lead routing, and segmentation strategies
- Develop user training materials and provide ongoing support to marketing teams
- Stay current with Salesforce releases and implement new features to enhance capabilities
Kualifikasi
- Active Pardot Consultant/Administrator and Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications required
- Minimum 3 years hands-on experience with Pardot and Marketing Cloud administration
- Expert knowledge of Salesforce CRM architecture and marketing automation principles
- Proficiency in SQL, data management, and marketing analytics tools
- Experience in troubleshooting complex integration and automation issues
- Strong understanding of email marketing best practices and CAN-SPAM compliance
- Certifications in Salesforce Administrator or related credentials preferred
