- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to maximize park revenue across attendance, memberships, group bookings, and events
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve KPIs and exceed revenue targets
- Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and event organizers
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to optimize sales approaches
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to align sales initiatives with visitor experience goals
- Design and execute promotional campaigns and loyalty programs to drive repeat business
- Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare detailed reports for senior leadership
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred
- Minimum 7 years of sales leadership experience in leisure, tourism, or entertainment industry
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful sales strategies
- Expertise in B2B sales, group bookings, and event partnership management
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in CRM systems and sales analytics tools
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management abilities
