Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily park operations including grounds maintenance, sanitation, and facility upkeep
- Manage and train park staff, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and service standards
- Coordinate visitor services, including inquiries, tours, and event coordination
- Monitor and manage park inventory, supplies, and equipment maintenance
- Implement and enforce park policies and memorial-specific protocols
- Collaborate with vendors for landscaping, security, and facility services
- Prepare operational reports and performance metrics for management review
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Facility Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in parks, hospitality, or memorial services
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities
- Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards for public spaces
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with diverse stakeholders
