Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily spare parts operations, including receiving, sorting, and issuing parts to the service workshop.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular stock audits to ensure system-to-physical alignment.
- Coordinate with the purchasing department to replenish stock based on historical demand and service projections.
- Identify and source high-quality automotive parts while ensuring cost-effectiveness and compliance with company standards.
- Maintain clear documentation for all incoming and outgoing parts to ensure full auditability.
- Provide technical support to technicians regarding parts compatibility and specifications.
- Ensure the warehouse/parts area is organized, clean, and follows safety protocols.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) in Automotive Engineering or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of proven experience in an automotive spare parts role.
- Proficiency in inventory control software and Microsoft Office (specifically Excel).
- Strong understanding of automotive components, categories, and technical specifications.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to coordinate effectively across departments.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- High level of integrity and attention to detail regarding stock management and financial reporting.
