Tanggung Jawab
- Participate in an intensive sales training and development program focused on Kobelco parts and equipment.
- Identify and engage potential customers to drive parts sales and meet monthly revenue targets.
- Provide expert advice and support to clients regarding part compatibility, pricing, and availability.
- Process sales orders accurately and efficiently using the company's CRM and inventory systems.
- Collaborate with the warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of parts to customers.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the product catalog, industry trends, and competitor activities.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with B2B clients to encourage repeat business and brand loyalty.
- Prepare regular sales reports, market analysis, and forecasts for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Demonstrated passion for sales, business development, and customer service excellence.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Highly motivated, target-oriented, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
- Basic understanding of mechanical parts or heavy equipment is a plus, but not required (training provided).
- Proficient in using computer applications, including CRM software and the MS Office Suite.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to negotiate effectively with clients.
- Willing to be stationed in Cibitung, Jawa Barat.
