Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for heavy equipment parts within the Samarinda region.
- Provide technical consultation and product recommendations to customers to optimize machinery maintenance.
- Conduct regular site visits to client operations to assess equipment status and anticipate spare parts requirements.
- Prepare accurate sales quotations, negotiate terms, and ensure timely delivery of parts.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with the warehouse and logistics teams to manage inventory levels and ensure order fulfillment.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience in industrial sales, preferably within the heavy equipment or mining industry.
- Strong technical understanding of heavy machinery components and their applications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Target-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the Kalimantan Timur region as required.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is essential.
