Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans for heavy equipment parts in the Bali region
  • Provide expert technical advice to customers on heavy equipment parts and solutions
  • Prepare detailed quotations, proposals, and technical specifications tailored to customer needs
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and potential customers
  • Collaborate with technical support teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
  • Monitor sales performance against targets and implement strategies to achieve growth
  • Coordinate with logistics and inventory teams to ensure timely delivery of parts

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Business Administration
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in technical sales, preferably in heavy equipment or industrial parts
  • Strong technical knowledge of heavy machinery, construction equipment, and related components
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a technical environment
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and sales management software
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a collaborative team
  • Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English, both written and verbal
