Tanggung Jawab
- Provide expert advice on Komatsu parts availability, specifications, and pricing to customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and develop new business opportunities in the Kendari region.
- Process sales orders accurately and ensure timely delivery of parts to customers.
- Manage inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse team to prevent stock shortages.
- Conduct regular market research to understand customer needs and identify emerging trends in the construction and mining sectors.
- Collaborate with the technical support team to resolve complex customer inquiries regarding machinery performance.
- Prepare sales reports and track performance against monthly and quarterly targets.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably within the heavy machinery, construction, or automotive industry.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills in both English and Indonesian.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Valid driving license (SIM A) is highly preferred.
