Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and execute daily parts sales operations to meet and exceed monthly revenue targets.
- Provide expert technical advice and product recommendations to customers regarding agricultural machinery parts.
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with professionalism and efficiency.
- Process sales orders accurately and maintain up-to-date inventory records.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with repeat customers to foster loyalty.
- Collaborate closely with the service team to resolve complex parts-related issues and ensure timely delivery.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling to maximize the value of each customer interaction.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in any field is preferred, with a background in Agriculture, Engineering, or Sales being a significant plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage customers effectively.
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is highly desirable.
- Basic knowledge of mechanical parts or agricultural machinery is an advantage.
