Tanggung Jawab
- Drive parts sales by identifying customer needs and recommending appropriate agricultural equipment parts
- Manage customer inquiries, providing expert guidance and support throughout the sales process
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
- Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and contracts
- Collaborate with the service team to ensure timely delivery and installation of parts
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities
- Maintain accurate sales records and reports
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of experience in parts sales or agricultural equipment sales
- Strong knowledge of agricultural machinery and parts
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record in meeting sales targets
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and sales software
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
