Tanggung Jawab
- Drive parts sales growth through targeted client acquisition and relationship management
- Manage customer inquiries with timely, accurate responses regarding agricultural machinery parts
- Provide expert technical guidance to match parts solutions with specific equipment needs
- Collaborate with service teams to ensure seamless parts delivery and installation support
- Monitor sales performance and contribute to strategic planning for market expansion
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of agricultural machinery parts catalog and industry trends
- Develop customized quotes and proposals aligned with client operational requirements
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably agricultural or industrial parts sector
- Strong technical aptitude for agricultural machinery components and systems
- Excellent communication skills with ability to explain technical concepts clearly
- Proven track record in meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales management tools
- Willingness to travel across Lampung region for client visits
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or Agriculture preferred
