- Provide exceptional customer service to travelers at Changi Airport, assisting with inquiries, directions, and airport procedures
- Assist passengers with check-in processes, baggage handling, and boarding procedures
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with airport staff and airline representatives to ensure seamless passenger experiences
- Stay updated on airport regulations, flight schedules, and promotional activities
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies while performing duties
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in hospitality or customer service is a plus
- Previous customer service experience, preferably in the aviation or hospitality industry
- Excellent communication skills with proficiency in English and at least one other language
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to remain calm under pressure
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays
