Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare detailed 2D and 3D technical drawings based on sketches and conceptual site data.
- Collaborate with the remote project management team to ensure design accuracy and feasibility.
- Maintain and organize digital drawing files and project documentation according to company standards.
- Incorporate design revisions and feedback from senior architects or project leads efficiently.
- Ensure all technical drafting complies with building codes, site requirements, and project specifications.
- Conduct quality control checks on output to maintain high standards of precision and clarity.
- Communicate project status and drafting milestones through regular virtual check-ins.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as an AutoCAD Drafter or in a similar design-focused role.
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD software; experience with Revit or SketchUp is a significant advantage.
- Solid understanding of technical drawing standards, layering, and line-weight management.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interpret rough sketches and notes effectively.
- High-speed, reliable internet connection suitable for remote collaboration.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively in a part-time capacity.
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related drafting/design certificate.
