- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and other beverages according to established recipes and standards
- Provide excellent customer service with a friendly and welcoming attitude
- Operate and maintain coffee-making equipment, ensuring cleanliness and proper functioning
- Handle cash transactions and operate POS systems accurately
- Assist with inventory management and restocking of supplies
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including seating areas
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours
- Learn and promote our menu offerings, including seasonal specials
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience as a Barista or in food service is preferred but not required
- Basic knowledge of coffee preparation methods and techniques
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends
