Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve high-quality specialty coffee beverages using precise techniques
- Provide exceptional customer service with a warm, welcoming demeanor
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station and service area
- Operate POS systems efficiently and handle cash transactions accurately
- Upsell coffee products and seasonal offerings to enhance customer experience
- Collaborate with team members during peak weekend hours
- Adhere to strict hygiene and safety standards
Kualifikasi
- Previous barista experience preferred but not required
- Passion for coffee and willingness to learn brewing techniques
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Must be available exclusively on weekends (Saturday & Sunday)
- Basic math skills for handling transactions
