We are currently seeking a diligent and reliable Part-Time Block Cleaner to join our team in Singapore. In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining the cleanliness, hygiene, and overall presentation of our residential/commercial premises. We are looking for an individual who takes pride in their work and understands the importance of providing a clean and safe environment for all residents and visitors.

You will be responsible for strictly adhering to site-specific sign-in and sign-out protocols to ensure accurate record-keeping and attendance tracking. Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine cleaning of common areas, including lobbies, staircases, and corridors.
- Ensure proper disposal of waste and upkeep of refuse collection areas.
- Sweep, mop, and sanitize floors according to the designated cleaning schedule.
- Report any maintenance issues, hazards, or repair needs to the management promptly.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness across the assigned block.
- Follow all site-specific safety guidelines and operational protocols.
- Accurately complete daily sign-in and sign-out procedures at the designated site.
Kualifikasi
- Prior experience in general cleaning, janitorial services, or housekeeping is an advantage.
- Must be able to communicate effectively in English or local languages.
- High level of reliability, punctuality, and ability to work independently.
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive cleaning tasks throughout the shift.
- Ability to adhere to strict grooming standards (uniform provided).
- Must own and wear covered shoes during work hours.
- Ability to work well in a team environment and follow instructions diligently.
