- Warmly greet and welcome all guests upon their arrival at SAMURAI YAKINIKU, creating an inviting atmosphere.
- Manage reservations and walk-in guest seating efficiently, ensuring a smooth flow of service.
- Act as the primary point of contact for guest inquiries, providing accurate information about our menu, specials, and restaurant concept.
- Anticipate guest needs and proactively offer assistance, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction throughout their visit.
- Handle guest feedback and minor complaints with professionalism and grace, escalating complex issues to management when necessary.
- Maintain a polished and professional appearance, representing the SAMURAI YAKINIKU brand image.
- Assist with restaurant opening or closing procedures as required, contributing to a tidy and organized environment.
- Promote loyalty programs or special events to enhance guest engagement and repeat visits.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in a customer service, hospitality, or guest relations role, preferably in a restaurant or fine dining setting.
- Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a natural ability to connect with people.
