Tanggung Jawab
- Greet customers warmly and provide professional, friendly service.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately using the POS system.
- Prepare and serve a variety of specialty coffee, tea, and local beverages.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the dining area and service counters.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints with a service-oriented mindset.
- Assist in managing inventory and restocking supplies as needed.
- Ensure smooth operations during peak hours by collaborating effectively with kitchen staff.
Kualifikasi
- Prior experience in a cafe, restaurant, or F&B setting is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable personality.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a high-traffic environment.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and public holidays.
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
