Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer service to all patrons, including ticket sales, seat assistance, and answering inquiries
- Manage concession operations, including food and beverage preparation, ordering, and inventory control
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of theaters, lobbies, and public areas according to company standards
- Operate ticketing systems, point-of-sale (POS) terminals, and other cinema equipment efficiently
- Assist with opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and balancing registers
- Uphold health and safety regulations while handling food and beverages
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth transitions between movie screenings
- Report maintenance issues and equipment malfunctions to the appropriate department
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; college students are encouraged to apply
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Basic mathematical skills for handling cash transactions and making change
