Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver engaging and structured review sessions for civil service examination subjects
- Develop and update teaching materials aligned with current exam syllabi and trends
- Conduct diagnostic assessments and provide personalized feedback to students
- Monitor student progress and adjust teaching strategies for optimal results
- Collaborate with academic team to enhance curriculum and teaching methodologies
- Maintain expertise on civil service exam formats, policies, and subject matter
- Provide mentorship and motivational support to examination candidates
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Political Science, Public Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in civil service exam preparation or teaching
- Deep knowledge of Philippine Civil Service Commission (CSC) examination content
- Excellent communication skills with ability to explain complex concepts clearly
- Certification in teaching, education, or specialized exam training preferred
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage on-call schedules
