Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and portion food ingredients according to cafe SOPs and recipes.
- Cook menu items efficiently while maintaining consistent quality and presentation.
- Assist the Head Chef with daily kitchen preparation and inventory management.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation throughout the shift.
- Follow strict food safety and hygiene protocols at all times.
- Ensure all ingredients are stored properly to prevent waste and maintain freshness.
- Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure timely delivery of customer orders.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent culinary background.
- Prior experience in a professional kitchen or cafe is preferred but not required.
- Strong passion for cooking and a willingness to learn new techniques.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure during peak dining hours.
- Strong understanding of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen sanitation standards.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and maintain a professional attitude.
