- Greet and seat guests with a warm, welcoming smile to ensure a great first impression.
- Prepare and cook food items according to Wingstop's exact recipes and operational procedures.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized workspace in compliance with food safety regulations.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately to process orders and handle payments.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with fellow team members to ensure efficient service during peak hours.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with restocking supplies as needed.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Previous experience in hospitality, food service, or retail is a plus but not required.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
- Strong communication skills and a positive, friendly attitude.
- Basic math skills for handling cash and making change.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift light items.
