Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone and email with a friendly tone.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently to ensure high satisfaction rates.
- Provide accurate product information and technical support to clients.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions.
- Escalate complex issues to the senior management team appropriately.
- Update and maintain the CRM database with the latest customer information.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new clients or team members.
Kualifikasi
- High School Graduate or Bachelor's Degree holder in any field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work a consistent part-time schedule of approximately 2 hours per day.
- Friendly, patient, and empathetic demeanor when dealing with customers.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency in using office applications.
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is a plus but not required.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
