Tanggung Jawab
- Operate industrial dishwashing machines and sanitize kitchenware according to health and safety standards.
- Clean and maintain kitchen surfaces, floors, and equipment to ensure a hygienic workspace.
- Sort and stack clean dishes, cutlery, and glassware in their designated areas.
- Assist the kitchen team with basic food preparation tasks during peak operational hours.
- Manage waste disposal and recycling processes efficiently.
- Monitor dishwashing chemical levels and report any equipment malfunctions to the head chef.
- Support the front-of-house team by ensuring a steady flow of clean serviceware.
