Tanggung Jawab

  • Operate industrial dishwashing machines and sanitize kitchenware according to health and safety standards.

  • Sort and stack clean dishes, cutlery, and glassware in their designated areas.
  • Assist the kitchen team with basic food preparation tasks during peak operational hours.

  • Support the front-of-house team by ensuring a steady flow of clean serviceware.
