Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and student enrollment.
- Manage and update the school's official website content and optimize it for search engines (SEO).
- Create and schedule engaging social media posts (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn) for admissions and events.
- Monitor website traffic and engagement analytics to measure campaign success and optimize performance.
- Assist in designing promotional materials, newsletters, and brochures using graphic design tools like Canva.
- Collaborate with the admissions team to generate leads and manage inquiries through online channels.
- Research industry trends to ensure our marketing strategies remain competitive.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (fresh graduates are welcome).
- Proficient in using social media platforms and basic content creation tools.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and web analytics (Google Analytics experience is a plus).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Creative mindset with the ability to produce engaging multimedia content.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a part-time capacity.
- Passion for early childhood education and Montessori methods is highly preferred.
