Tanggung Jawab
- Design and deliver engaging, student-centered English lessons for various proficiency levels.
- Utilize creative teaching methodologies to improve students' speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills.
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation.
- Monitor student progress, provide constructive feedback, and maintain accurate attendance and assessment records.
- Collaborate with the curriculum team to enhance existing course materials and teaching aids.
- Communicate regularly with students and parents regarding progress and learning objectives.
- Participate in periodic professional development workshops provided by Language Champ Bali.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in English Literature, Education, Linguistics, or a related field.
- Relevant teaching certification (TEFL, TESOL, CELTA, or equivalent) is highly preferred.
- Previous teaching experience in a language school or private tutoring setting is an advantage.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English with a neutral or standard accent.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage students of diverse backgrounds.
- Highly organized, reliable, and capable of working with a flexible part-time schedule.
- Passionate about language education and committed to continuous learning.
