Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging English language lessons tailored for elementary students.
- Create an interactive classroom environment that encourages active participation and language practice.
- Assess student progress through regular evaluations, feedback, and progress reports.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to align with the school's Christ-centered educational vision.
- Provide differentiated instruction to accommodate diverse learning styles and proficiency levels.
- Maintain effective classroom management and uphold school disciplinary standards.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding student development and academic achievements.
- Participate in school faculty meetings, professional development workshops, and school events.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in English Education, Linguistics, or a related field (or equivalent teaching certification).
- Proven experience teaching English to young learners or elementary-aged children.
- Strong command of written and spoken English.
- Understanding of modern pedagogy, including inquiry-based and play-based learning approaches.
- Ability to align with and promote the core values of Mawar Sharon Christian School.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for interacting with students, staff, and parents.
- Patience, creativity, and a genuine passion for working with children.
- Possess relevant teaching certifications (e.g., TEFL, TESOL) is an advantage.
