Tanggung Jawab
- Engage with guests proactively to ensure a fun and welcoming event atmosphere.
- Assist in the setup and teardown of event equipment and promotional materials.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering guest inquiries and resolving basic issues on-site.
- Participate in regular in-service training sessions to improve service delivery and event knowledge.
- Support event managers in executing programmed activities and activations.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized event space throughout the shift.
- Collaborate effectively with fellow team members to ensure smooth event operations.
Kualifikasi
- Energetic, friendly, and outgoing personality with a passion for customer engagement.
- Ability to commit to flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Strong communication skills and ability to interact with diverse groups of people.
- Willingness to learn and participate in training programs.
- Punctual, reliable, and able to work well in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in events, hospitality, or retail is an added advantage but not mandatory.
- Must be legally eligible to work in Singapore.
