Tanggung Jawab
- Receive, inspect, and accurately log incoming shipments and stock items.
- Perform regular stock counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies to ensure accuracy.
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for timely and safe delivery.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment at all times.
- Operate warehouse machinery, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, in strict adherence to safety protocols.
- Communicate effectively with the central logistics team regarding stock levels and operational requirements.
- Assist with loading and unloading vehicles and assist in the organization of storage aisles.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent educational qualification.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing setting is preferred.
- Basic proficiency in mathematics for accurate inventory counting and verification.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting heavy objects and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to operational excellence.
- Reliable attendance, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
- Basic computer literacy and the ability to learn warehouse management software.
